Today, I have designed a model (conceptually, not physically) that would be constructed from several different materials. The scale will be dependant upon what materials will be use to create the model.

I have decided to fabricate the model out of wood, carving and sanding the figure to accurately represent the design. The model will be a slightly smaller scale than 1":1", perhaps at .75":1". I will be using a wooden dowel to create the model. I will use the band saw to cut down the overall length, and I will be using the sander to file down the center of the nozzle for the chokepoint. Sandpaper will be used to smooth out the model.
